Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Albemarle NC
Schedule: Flexible scheduling (morning, afternoon, and after-school hours available)
What You’ll Do
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide 1:1 therapy sessions in our beautiful center-based setting
Collect and graph data on client progress
Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and academic skills
Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for your clients
Celebrate every milestone with children and families!
Requirements
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, High school diploma
Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude!
