RN Supervisor will handle Onboarding of new hires, Orientation of new hires and day to day operations of home health as it relates to PRN to CNAs and PCAs and their home health cases.
RN will need 2 years of homehealth experience and ability to run a start up and busy office.
RN will have 2 years of supervisory experience
RN will report directly to CEO.
Personality should be compatible to work with an array of personality types and various cultures.
Position starts October 1, 2020, hours TBD (1st shift/day hours M-F and weekend PRN calls)
Although position starts October 1, 2020, paid training and orientation and PRN needs of the business may be needed. (hourly rate is reduced during this time until position actually starts)
