Gently Shepherd Care is seeking dedicated caregivers who understand that caring for someone's loved one is both a privilege and a responsibility. We serve families throughout the Charlotte area, providing in-home care that allows seniors to remain safely in their own homes.

You'll work with the same clients regularly, building meaningful relationships rather than bouncing between random assignments. Our clients become like family, and many of our caregivers have been with the same families for years.
We're currently hiring for:
Full-time live-in positions ($1,000+ weekly)
Part-time companion care (flexible schedules)
Post-hospital care specialists
Dementia and Alzheimer's support
Male caregivers (high demand)

Competitive pay: $15-$17/hour based on experience

We're looking for:
CNA, Med Tech, or equivalent experience preferred
Nursing students welcome (flexible around school schedules)
Reliable transportation and clean background
Genuine compassion for seniors and their families
Professional communication skills
Location: Positions available throughout Charlotte Metro - Highway 73/Main Street area and surrounding communities
