Pure Cleaning Solutions is in need of someone who works or lives in/near the Waxhaw, Wesley Chapel area to help clean 3 small dentist offices. Are you the type of person who loves good honest work? Do you take great pride in your work? Then PCS is looking for you!

Make average of $30 per hour doing evening office cleaning
There are 3 small offices in total, 2 in Waxhaw and one in Wesley Chapel. They take on average 1 hour to clean each, one in Waxhaw is maybe 1.5hrs. The schedule varies from week to week sometime they are open only 3 days a week sometimes 4. All cleaning will be done after business hours or anytime on the weekends.
Compensation:
Waxhaw office #1 $35 per cleaning, takes about 1 hour to clean, usually open 3-4 days per week
Waxhaw office #2 $40 per cleaning, takes about 1.5 hours to clean, usually open 4 days a week, rarely 5
Wesley Chapel office $35 per cleaning, takes about 1 hour to clean, usually open 3 or 4 days a week.
Shift: Cleaning 3 small dentist offices. These offices are about a 10 minute drive apart from each other.
Hours:
The dentist offices close at 5pm, you may start anytime after they close, if you want to take Fridays off, then you may complete your cleaning from Friday at anytime over the weekend. Just so long as they are all cleaned by Sunday night.

This job consists of cleaning office buildings. Details include emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, dusting etc. It is encouraged that applicants be in good physical health. PCS provides all cleaning equipment and supplies. Opportunities for more work can be provided should you be interested.
Applicants must have their own reliable transportation, and produce a valid Drivers License and valid Social Security Card. You must have a clean criminal background (no felonies or drug charges) and be able to pass random drug testing. Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus!
If selected you must complete onsite orientation. During orientation you will receive full pay. This position is a 1099 position (taxes are not withheld). The pay is directly deposited into your account on the 5th and 20th of every month.
