Position Overview
As a Cleaning Professional, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in office environments, as well as supporting specialized projects such as after construction clean-up and floor care. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning ceiling vents, etc.).
Specialize in floor care—stripping, waxing, carpet extraction, and maintenance (for project teams).
Perform after construction clean-up: removing dust, debris, adhesives, and preparing newly built or renovated spaces for client turnover.
Supervisory Roles: Oversee cleaning operations, train new hires, conduct inspections, and ensure quality control.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs professionally.
Qualifications
Reliable, honest, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must have dependable transportation.
