Breccia Construction, LLC (BRECCIA), a subsidiary of F&ME Consultants, Inc., has immediate opening for Driller Helpers and laborers for projects in the Carolinas. BRECCIA is a geotechnical and geo-structural construction company with a field operations headquarters in Chester County, South Carolina.
This is a great opportunity for on-the-job training. The Driller Helper will assist our experienced Geotechnical Drillers with subsurface explorations. The ideal candidate is hardworking and reliable, willing to travel and stay overnight throughout South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina, enjoys working outside, eager to learn, able to be a team player, and maintains a positive strong work ethic.

Geotechnical Drilling and Drilling Support
Horizontal Excavation Support Systems (Soil Nail/Solider Pile Walls, Shoring Systems, etc.)
Vertical Structural Shoring Systems (Historic Structure Bracing, Emergency Structural Supports, etc)
Specialty Piling Systems (Micropiles, Helical Piers, etc.)
Grouting and Shotcrete Systems (Drilled Shaft Remediation, Shotcrete Walls, Rock Anchors, etc.)

Geotechnical Drill Rigs – CME, Diedrich, Geoprobe, etc.
Track Mounted Micropile / Tieback Rigs - Casagrande, Klemm, etc.
Trackhoe Mounted Drills - Rev-Drill, LoDrill, etc.
Trackhoes, Mini-excavators, Skidsteers, Bulldozers, All Terrain Forklifts, etc.
Semi-Truck (Class A CDL) for mobilizations
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation that can get you to work on time
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random testing at any time during employment
Ability to understand and comply with onsite safety requirements including PPE
E-verify required (eligible to work in the US)
Ability to work outside in both hot and cold weather conditions
Ability to work overtime when required
Ability to work out of town when required (lodging and per diem provided)
Ability to lift 90 lbs (approximate weight of bag of cement)
Willingness to learn, work in a team environment, and maintain a positive, strong work ethic
Desired Skills
Ability to read plans and drawings
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to accurately measure using basic equipment
Ability to do basic math calculations
Class A CDL
OSHA 10 or 30 hour training
