Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detailed individual to join our team of trustworthy and dependable people.
This position will perform an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock and more.
Driver position will make material deliveries to our local jobsites, with little to no overnight travel required. Dependability and excellent attendance is a must, to maintain tight delivery schedule.
Driving experience including box trucks and coordinating deliveries is a plus.

Essential job functions include:
Accurately prepare and stage orders for counting and inspection prior to delivery or shipment.
Deliver items to designated location(s) and obtain signatures or other proof of delivery as required.
Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
Participate in cycle counts and periodic inventories as directed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure warehouse is accessible and free from debris.
Mark materials with identifying information using established procedures.
Perform vehicle safety inspection as required; ensure vehicles or equipment receive basic service according to established maintenance schedule; notify supervisor of larger service needs or mechanical issues as they are found.
Complete and maintain accurate vehicle logs and inventory counts.
Read and sign safety talks related to shop and motor vehicle safety.
Handle complaints regarding shipments; notify supervisor of all shipping or receiving issues.
Fabricate special materials as directed (i.e., cut & roll metal, cut PVC).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Must submit to drug test, and meet criteria for Negative Test result (pre-employment and on a random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and annual-test basis)
Warehouse/Inventory Skills and Experience (Minimum 1 year required)
Box-Truck Driving Experience (1 year preferred)
Requires clean driving record to obtain company driving permit.
Minimum Requirements for ISI Driving Authorization includes but is not limited to:
- No DWI/DUI within the past 5 years No Reckless Driving within the past 3 years.
- No Suspended or Revoked License within the past 3 years.
No Conviction for Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Hit-and-Run).
No more than 3 speeding violations within the past 3 years.
No Conviction for possession or use of illegal drugs.
No more than 2 violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 1 year.
No more than 3 violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 year.
This is not an exhaustive list and management, under advisement of our Risk Management Insurance, reserves the right to deny ISI Driving Authorization based on severity, occurrence, and time since any violation or occurrence to reduce liability to any employee or our organization.
Long-term, temp to perm positions Will hire after completion of required hours for candidates who are dependable and reliable.
No felonies in the past 7 years. Some misdemeanors OK.
