Valet Living Turns is hiring a Maintenance/Handyman Independent Contractor to work in several local multi-family apartment communities
As the face of Valet Living Turns, the Maintenance/Make-Ready Independent Contractor will adhere to our Company Code of Conduct and quality standards on service, timeliness, privacy, safety and monitoring and reporting
Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation or Repair of the following items and appliances within apartment units:
Sinks
Counter and Cabinet Resurfacing
Ceiling fans
Appliances
Vents
Outlets
Doors
Knobs
Faucets
Job Requirements:
Must have GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Must have OWN VEHICLE to transport tools, supplies and equipment to different properties
Must USE YOUR OWN TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT to perform all duties
Must have SMART PHONE to receive work assignments
Must be reliable, customer service-oriented and willing to be part of a team
Must be honest and organized with positive attitude, looking to represent an ethical business
Must be organized and able to think on your feet
Must be available to WORK: MONDAY through FRIDAY 8:00 A.M. 5:00 P.M.
Compensation is based on a per-unit rate and on your ability to complete quality repairs and installations in a timely fashion
