Who we’re looking for
- Hardscape installers (pavers, segmental retaining walls, natural stone, boulder work).
- Pool and pool-deck installers and finishers (coping, pool surrounds, decking materials).
- Outdoor living builders (cabanas, pergolas, fireplaces, kitchens).
- Landscape installers and technicians (planting, grading, drainage, mulching, irrigation basics).
- Experienced crew leaders and foremen who can run a crew, read plans, coordinate materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, cabanas, and pool surrounds to spec.
- Prepare sites: excavation, base compaction, setting elevations, drainage and site grading.
- Work on pool-adjacent details safely (proper drainage, non-slip finishes, integration with hardscape).
- Install plantings, mulch, topsoil, and basic irrigation adjustments as needed.
- Safely operate equipment: skid steer, mini-excavator, plate compactor, and standard hand tools.
- Follow crew lead directions, maintain clean and organized sites, and communicate progress to project manager.
- Mentor less-experienced crew members (for leads/foremen) and maintain tools and PPE.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years industry experience for crew members; 3+ years preferred for foremen/crew leads.
- Familiarity with paver systems, base and joint materials, compaction techniques, and pool-adjacent installations.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions.
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic math and ability to follow plans and measurements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating skid steer or excavator.
- Direct experience with pool decks, coping, stone veneer, or cabana construction.
- Knowledge of landscape drainage and irrigation basics.
- OSHA or related safety training.
- Strong communication skills and basic ability to read construction plans.
