Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of machinery and facilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Have own tools (facility also supplies some tools)
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance work
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Skills:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and reporting maintenance issues
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of logic controllers and other electrical systems is preferred
- Experience in facilities maintenance, electrical, pneumatics, motors, hydraulics, and industrial equipment
Read and interpret manuals, and written instructions as necessary to complete an assigned task

Pay Rate: $23-25 pending experience
12 hour shift, 2-2-3 schedule.
