Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and dependable Utility Labor Crew Members to join our team. This role involves performing physically demanding work in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
General Labor: Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying tools, loading and unloading materials.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring the safety of yourself and coworkers.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other laborers, supervisors, and technicians to complete daily tasks efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in construction, labor, or a similar utility-related field is preferred, but NOT required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks such as digging and lifting for extended periods.
Teamwork: Strong ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Communication: Basic communication skills.
Working Conditions
Environment: This job requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold and rain.
Physical Demands: The role requires frequent bending, lifting, standing and walking for long periods of time.
