Locally Owned Established and Growing Lawn & Tree Care company is looking to add an experienced lawn care professional in the role of Team Lead who has the desire to work outdoors with minimal supervision and provide our customers with exceptional service. Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing lawn care services (fertilization, weed control, insect control, aeration, seeding, etc.) to residential and/or commercial customers, being a motivator and providing communication and guidance to technicians and communicating with branch manager.
Applicants must:
- Have a North Carolina Pesticide License
- Provide References of success
- 2 years experience
- have a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED).
- be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
- be courteous, responsible, detail oriented and focused on customer service.
- be clean, neat, and professional in appearance.
- have and maintain valid North Carolina Driver License, excellent driving record and be insurable.
- be able to lift and carry 50lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Work Monday-Friday
-Saturdays required during Fall seeding season or if weather prevents prevents work from being completed.
This Position is Full Time
-Hourly PLUS production, sales commission and bonus opportunities

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour based on experience
