Hello, We are a family owned Faith Based Lawn/ Landscape Company. We are looking for a full time helper for our lawn mowing crew.
Experience is preferred, however it is not required if you are a highly teachable/motivated individual. Valid drivers license, mode of transportation to and from work, and cellphone with smart capabilities are required for this position. We are looking for a serious individual that is not here today gone tomorrow.

We generally work Mon-Friday 40-55 hrs a week.
We offer a starting pay rate of $17 with no cap. (meaning we offer a pay for performance model where each individual gets paid a portion of labor revenue, rewarding our most efficient employees while weeding out the lazy unmotivated ones) Our crew easily can make $24+ an hour on a regular mowing day, and around $28+ on landscape jobs.
we Also offer PTO after 6 months of excellent employment. We do not currently offer any other benefits or health insurance.
