Independent Contractor Driver / Helper
Location: 8910 Pioneer Ave, Charlotte, NC
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Join our team as an Independent Contractor and help deliver freight safely, efficiently, and with great energy. We’re looking for reliable drivers and helpers who can provide excellent customer service and represent our company with professionalism every day.
What You Will Be Doing
Load and unload vans or box trucks
Ensure you have the correct freight and deliver to the correct locations
Perform basic assemblies or unpacks when required
Safely operate commercial vehicles (manual or automatic)
Provide top-notch customer service
Work respectfully with office staff and teammates
Keep your truck clean and follow all safety guidelines
Learn to use the app to upload proof of delivery and follow all delivery protocols to ensure each job is completed accurately and on time.
What We Are Looking For
Delivery or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Great attitude, strong work ethic, and good energy
Reliable and punctual
Strong customer service and communication
Ability to navigate routes and follow instructions
Critical thinkers
The Pay
Riders/Helpers: $130/day (approx. $650 weekly)
Local Drivers: $140–$160/day (approx. $700–$800 weekly)
Warehouse Staff: $14.50/hr (approx. $600–$700 weekly)
Company Rider: $14.50/hr (approx. $600–$700 weekly)
OTR: $1000-$1500/weekly
Dress Code
All black attire, safety, safety vest, steel toe boots required
