Job Title: Pool Technician
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Report to office daily; company vehicle provided for work
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools. The ideal candidate has a strong background in plumbing, a clean driving record, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Perform pool equipment repairs, including pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and plumbing lines
Troubleshoot mechanical and plumbing issues related to pools and spas
Conduct leak detection and system diagnostics
Replace or install new pool components as needed
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Drive to customer locations in a company vehicle
Communicate effectively with customers and office staff regarding repairs and scheduling
Requirements:
Proven plumbing experience (pool-related experience a plus)
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Clean and valid driver’s license
Ability to report to the office daily for dispatch
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
