Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and professional subcontractors to perform real estate sign installations, removals, and related field services. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to add work with flexible scheduling. We service Charlotte, Lake Norman and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Install, remove, and service real estate signs, posts, riders, and accessories at designated properties
Follow provided routes, work orders, and installation specifications
Maintain your own tools, vehicle, and equipment required for installations
Take required photos and update job status through our mobile software
Ensure timely completion of jobs while providing exceptional customer service
Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, homeowners, and team members
Keep sign materials clean, organized, and in good condition
Return Inventory to designated area
Requirements
Must operate as a 1099 subcontractor
Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting sign posts and materials
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
Smartphone with the ability to use routing and job management apps
Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail
Prior installation, construction, or field service experience is a plus
Tools & Equipment Needed (post hole digger, breaking bar, drill, channel locks, plyers, drill bits, etc)
Vehicle capable of hauling posts (pickup truck or a cargo van)
Basic hand tools
Compensation
Paid per completed job (installation, service, removal)
Higher rates available for rush jobs, extended travel, or specialty services
Work volume varies
