Position Overview:
We are looking for a responsible assistant to assist a lead spray foam installer on job sites. As a company we install spray foam insulation in residential, and commercial projects across the Greater Charlotte region.
Job Details:
Full-time role. $24 an hour.
W2 employment.

Responsibilities:
Must have attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
Assist and learn form lead spray foam installer.
Set up ladders and scaffolding for job site access.
Inspect and prepare insulation equipment
Operate spray foam equipment, managing a hose up to 150 feet long and weighing over 50 lbs
Regularly climb ladders and navigate tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
Use hand and power tools.
Perform basic math calculations and accurately measure materials.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license required
Pass a background check
Speak english and spanish prefered.
Ability to lift at least 60 lbs
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and performing repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, and lifting
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with construction tools and equipment
Experience in spray foam is not required, as long as you are willing to learn.
