We are currently looking for a flexible individual to join our team. We currently service properties around the Metro Charlotte area but I am looking for someone to service two valet contracts and one property contract in downtown Charlotte.
Valet contract #1 - Sunday - Friday evenings (after 9pm) you push a few containers from inside the trash room to the curb. Monday - Saturday mornings (around 9-10am) you push the empty containers back into the trash room.
Valet contract #2 - Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings (after 9pm) you push a few containers from inside the trash room to the curb. Monday, Wednesday, Friday (between 12pm - 1pm) you push the empty containers back into the trash room. Maintain cleanliness of trash room and report any overflow.
Property contract - Property is serviced 2x per week (typically on Monday and Friday). Includes replacing a couple of trash bags, litter picking the property, maintaining trash enclosure area, etc. Maintain cleanliness of trash room and report any overflow.
All of these services do not take very long at all, but do require consistency. There is a monthly rate for each contract, but it is paid in weekly payments every Friday. This is a w2 position unless you can provide business insurance and a tax ID. A pickup truck would be helpful and open up the opportunities for additional income as we have requests to remove bulk items from properties often.
