We are seeking a reliable, bilingual, part time and customer-oriented WDF attendant to join our team. As an attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a clean and organized environment, in addition to folding all WDF orders from start to finish brought in on your shift.
Responsibilities:
- Folding precisely according to training handbook & videos
- Cleaning the store to maintain our standards of being the cleanest laundromat in Charlotte
- Greet customers upon entering and exiting, no exceptions
- Check customers out on our POS system for Wash, Dry, and Fold orders
- Process bulk laundry orders & follow instructions on each order
- Inspect garments for stains or damage and determine appropriate cleaning methods
- Help self-service customer use machines and show them where detergent goes
- Hours will vary from 30-35/weekly, if needed on large commercial laundry accounts you will be our first call and receive overtime
We are open 8AM-10PM daily, we have two shifts daily. You must be available for one of those shifts. Please DO NOT reach out if you are not available for one of our shifts for mornings or nights, thank you.
