We are looking for someone to be the face of our law firm when clients call or visit.
Responsibilities would include the following:
- Answering calls and directing caller to the proper person with digital phone system
- Mailings, printing checks, enveloppes, requesting medical records
- Managing conference rooms (light straightening up, showing clients in, etc)
- Keeping supply rooms stocked with office supplies, snacks, etc
- Assisting paralegals and attorneys with various legal type jobs, tasks
