I am an attorney who moved here from Nebraska and am still practicing in Nebraska. I have a considerable amout of outstanding accounts to collect, all of which require legal action. There are a number of Judgments which need garnishments and debtor exams. Also there are a number of parties that need initial petitions prepared and served.
I work from my home and my office is in an upstairs bedroom. On that floor is a Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and my wife's Art Studion.
I realize that this might be ucomfortable environment for some. I live in this house with my wife of 50 year, my daughter who is 42 and has an apartment in the basement, and also works from home. She works for an advertising agency drafting websites and servicing other needs of ADCO.
The person I hire would use the computer and other equipment in my office. It is not glamorous, but functional. I practice family law and have been doing so for over thirty years. Most of my business is conducted over the phone, I have an attorney in Omaha who covers smaller hearings and I fly back for trials. We moved to Charlotte three years ago due to the fact that my wife has a lot of bone pain from 30 years of leukimia and treatments and the cold in Omaha caused her too much bone pain.
I will train on how to conduct collection litigation in Nebraska, not really that complicated.
Looking for someone to work 10-20 hours per week.
