As a Forklift Operator, you will transport products to and from designated areas in the facility safely and efficiently according to Company Policy. You will also be tasked with loading and unloading trucks, material handling, inventory control, quality control, equipment maintenance, and other duties assigned. This is a Sunday and Saturday work schedule starting at 8am and working until the job is completed.
Requirements
Ability to sit on a powered industrial truck for extended periods. Follow instructions and keep complete and legible records.
A high degree of attention is required to prevent injury to others.
Ability to position body to drive backward for extended periods. Ability to judge distances and heights. Have a good sense of balance.
A clean driving record and valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required.
Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs. if necessary.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on the season.
