We are seeking a skilled and dependable Reach Truck Forklift Operator for a high-volume warehouse environment. This position involves order picking, shelving inventory, and operating in a cold storage facility. Candidates must have at least one year of recent reach truck experience and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Candidates with previous leadership experience—such as team lead or group lead roles—are strongly preferred.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
Fully bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish.
3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, such as overseeing or guiding small warehouse teams (5+ employees) prefered.
Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a liaison between operators and site leadership. Capable of communicating performance feedback and relaying site updates.
Experience assigning daily tasks to team members based on operational priorities. Coordination of loading/unloading schedules in fast-paced warehouse settings.
Ability to train or onboard new forklift operators and promote best practices.
Comfortable working in cold environments
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (must be flexible), Summer months until job is finished, Saturday or Sunday as needed
