A Charlotte Metal Polishing company is hiring mechanical polishers for day shift 8:00am - 4:30pm. Pay is piece-work. Overtime is required at times. No experience is required other than to possess a strong work ethic. Work environment is hot, dirty and very physical. No benefits are offered at this time. Pay during training averages between $12-$15 per hour, and $15-$20 per hour after break-in period (3 to 6 months after training), and $20-$25 per hour for experienced operators (6 to 12 months after training). We are looking for self-motivated people that are willing to learn, will show up on time, have a positive attitude, and can work in a team environment. Must have reliable transportation.
