Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Warehouse Worker on the night shift, available immediately through the holiday season! Duties
Efficiently load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to safety standards.
Manage inventory control through accurate scanning with RF scanners and updating warehouse management systems such as AS400.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using order picker equipment and manual techniques.
Operate reach trucks, cranes, and other heavy machinery to move materials safely within the warehouse.
Conduct stock replenishment and stocking activities to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and packing lists.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace following OSHA guidelines and mechanical safety protocols.
Qualifications
Prior experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picking tools such as mechanical lifts or AS400 systems.
Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and load/unload machinery safely.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, inventory control procedures, and stock rotation practices.
Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of construction or manufacturing processes is a plus.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling is desirable.
