Turman Commercial Painters is looking for an administrative office assistant.
This would be an IN OFFICE position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist project managers and estimators
Process various administrative tasks
Assist with communication with field staff
Manage fleet, fuel cards, vehicle logs
Assist with badging
Process incoming mail
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Strong Computer skills
Ability to work independently
Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented, able to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
Must be able to write detailed reports
Skills and abilities:
Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and a critical thinker
Possess strong computer and mathematical skills and perform accurate analysis within deadlines
Proficient in MS Office Programs such as Word, Power Point and Excel
Bi-lingual Spanish is helpful but not required
