We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. The Administrative Specialist will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide support to executive staff, and ensure the efficient operation of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and is able to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. This person will have a wide range of knowledge in various subjects and holds many skill sets. Willingness to learn and a strong adaptability to changing environments is also crucial.
Administrative Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling phone calls and emails
Maintain office filing system and update databases
Create and update written documents and presentations
Manage day-to-day operations of the office
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Monitor and order office supplies
Act as a point of contact for external and internal clients
Manages contracts, proposals, certifications and subscriptions
Assists with legal documents and services
Administrative Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
At least 3 years of administrative experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite and database software is required
Ability to work independently and multitask
Professional demeanor
