CSR/Dispatcher Position

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements. You will confirm appointments with customers prior to dispatching technicians to jobs. Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of technicians to customers. Track via GPS tracking for accurate arrival times. Keep customers up to date with delays. Handle all cancellations and rescheduling as necessary. You must show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Applicant must have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or dispatching in a related field (Plumbing, Electric and HVAC). Knowledge of the dispatching program Service Titan is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills, a positive attitude and a team player

This is a full time position with the following schedule once trained Monday 10-7, Tuesday 10-7, Wednesday 9-6, Thursday 10-7 and Friday 10-7.

Drug screen and background check are performed.
