We are a sports academy looking for a friendly and organized individual to manage our front desk and assist with social media content creation. This is a position that combines front desk responsibilities with creative digital engagement. The ideal candidate will be great with people, a confident communicator, and comfortable with basic content creation and social media management.
Three 3-hour shifts 4:30pm-7:30 on weekdays and maybe a 3 hour shift Saturday 11:30-2:30pm
(12 hours a weeks)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk:
Greet parents and students in person, answering their questions regarding schedules and class offerings.
Handle incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries related to classes, membership, and more.
Social Media Management:
Create engaging content for our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Capture in-the-moment photos and videos of classes or events to post on social media.
Design posts using tools like Canva, and manage a content posting schedule.
Collaborate with the owner to develop creative ideas to grow our social media presence and attract new families.
Other Duties:
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Provide support to parents and students, ensuring the facility operates smoothly.
Skills & Qualifications:
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and an interest in creating content.
Comfortable using tools like Canva or other basic design software (training can be provided).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
