We are seeking an office assistant for a multifamily electrical company
Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm
PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS
Duties: Answering telephone, accounts payable & receivable, payroll, invoicing, contracts, errands and other general clerical duties. Experience is not necessary; we will train the right person for this position
Requirements: Must be organized, able to work on tight timelines and under stress, work well with other employees in the office and out in the field
