24/7 Locksmith NC Inc needs an office manager/dispatcher. We are looking for someone with experience and/or eager to learn. Available to start immediately. Monday - Friday (occasional weekends, special projects)
Compensation: $15-17 (Negotiable, DOE) LET'S TALK
Qualifications
Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.
Technologically savvy; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Office, Excel.
Ability to learn new programs right away (Training provided).
Self-Starter.
Phone etiquette.
Able to work (WORK) with little supervision.
Job Duties
Answering and making phone calls to clients, follow up to close jobs.
Weekly meeting with the owner.
Data entry for new and prospective clients.
Mild accounting.
