Office/Shop Assistant needed for a local construction company. We are a commercial site work construction firm located in Charlotte, NC that has a shop to maintain and repair our fleet of vehicles heavy equipment, dump trucks, work trucks, and small engine equipment. We are looking for a highly organized individual to keep our shop moving smoothly and efficiently.
This is an office position. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Entering invoices and work orders, Tracking truck mileage and machine hours, Scheduling trucks and equipment for services, Keeping inventory records of parts and shop supplies, Ordering and picking up parts, Schedule and update utility location requests, Renew vehicle registrations, Equipment rentals. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
