Looking for a part-time bookkeeper for our home-based businesses. We have several local businesses (2 franchises, a real-estate brokerage and real-estate investments) that we need assistance with. This is a 1099 contractor position that will require the individual to mostly work from home or remotely with occasional meetings in the south Charlotte area. Primary duties include:
- Processing payments to contractors and vendors
- Reconciling deposits, credit card transactions and checks
- Entering payroll and reconciling bi-weekly payroll reports
- Other miscellaneous reporting and administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate will be someone that works well with minimal supervision and is proficient with Microsoft products and QuickBooks Online.
The position will likely require between 10-20 hours per week based on the needs of the businesses.
