We are looking for a site manager for a 24 unit Family Apartment Community in China Grove, NC. The position will be a part time position. Salary will be between $14 to $16 per hour based on previous experience. Duties include but are not limited to : Processing applications by verifying eligibility, maintain and update a waiting list, execute leases, certifications and unit inspections, send letters to residents for past due amounts, lease violations, inspections or any other correspondence as needed. Answer phones, resident questions and hand out applications to prospective applicants, etc.
