Are you a driven, detail-oriented real estate appraiser looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking North Carolina Certified Residential and Certified General Appraisers to join our growing appraisal firm based in Charlotte, NC.
About the Position:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of property types, offering exciting and diverse assignments. We mostly do private client work, with minimal bank work.
- Remote work flexibility: 90% of the job can be performed remotely. Minimal in-office presence is required — as long as work is completed accurately and on time, you manage your schedule.
- Fee Split: Competitive fee splits based on experience, with additional bonuses for bringing in new clients.
- Opportunities to work on litigation, private, and portfolio assignments, gaining exposure to all facets of the appraisal industry.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Active North Carolina Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines independently and accurately.
- Experience with a variety of property types preferred, but not required — we'll help you grow.
- A client-focused attitude with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Compensation:
- Competitive fee splits tailored to your experience level.
- Additional percentage for originating or bringing clients into the firm.
