Wanted part time apartment manager for approximately 10hrs-15 hours per week. Time is flexible but must be consistent. Job requires screening tenants, showing units, collecting rents and executing evictions. Maintenance man has been on property for 4 years and will be assisting. Perfect "Mom" job while kids are at school. Bi-lingual helpful but not required. Payment based on experience.
