Description:
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and friendly person to help manage a student rental home in Charlotte. The house is rented by the room, and the job focuses mainly on leasing and basic maintenance coordination – not full property management.
Responsibilities:
Show rooms to potential tenants and handle applications/lease signings
Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance between tenants
Respond to tenant questions or minor issues
Schedule and communicate with repair vendors (plumbers, cleaners, handymen, etc.)
Post and update online listings for open rooms
Periodically check on the property and report any issues
Requirements:
Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and organization skills
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
Comfortable interacting with students and multiple tenants
Basic understanding of home maintenance coordination
Trustworthy, professional, and able to work independently
Tech-savvy enough to post ads, send leases, and message tenants
