Job Title: Property Photo Inspections
Employment Type: Part-time/Contract
Compensation: Per job basis/ $5 Per Property Photo Set. A photo set is 6-10 photos per property.
Equipment: Reliable transportation and digital camera with date/time stamp capability.
Description:
Real Estate Brokerage in need of exterior inspections of both vacant and occupied properties. You must have digital camera with date/time stamp feature and reliable fuel-efficient transportation.
Inspections are paid weekly for photos that are emailed to our office. We only pay for usable photo sets that adhere to the instructions.
Other opportunities will also be available with the right partnership. The best person for this type of work is someone who needs a little extra income/student/retired person someone who has flexibility.
