We are looking for a vibrant, reliable, and multi-talented individual to join our team! Our store specializes in beautiful African clothing and high-quality fabrics, and we need someone who can help us provide a top-tier experience for our customers both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the face of the shop and the voice of our brand online. Your duties will include:
Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming customers, sharing knowledge about our fabrics/styles, and helping them select the perfect items.
Store Operations: Handling transactions at the register, maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, and merchandising new arrivals.
E-commerce & Shipping: Updating the online store with new inventory and carefully preparing/mailing customer packages.
Social Media: Taking high-quality photos of our products and posting engaging content to our social media pages.
Schedule Requirements
We are looking for someone with consistent availability during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Qualifications
Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok) and basic online store management.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
