Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the trucking industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting our services, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance services to new and existing customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer needs are met and services are delivered on time.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the market.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy-duty truck industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Knowledge of heavy-duty truck services and maintenance is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle reimbursement or company vehicle provided).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
