Your job responsibilities:
Recruit
Hire and Fire based on Performance
Train
Retain
Hit KPI’s
Track the canvassing team using our CRM
We are also IN ALL HOME SHOWS throughout Chlt
Pay Structure:
Salary PLUS Commission on all products ($150,000+ a year)
Override/bonuses on the entire marketing department
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing manager to have the freedom of growing this department into our next locations
