American Fraud Advocacy (AFA) is looking for driven, motivated individuals to join our remote sales team!
We fight for everyday people who’ve been targeted by fraud—bank scams, credit card theft, identity fraud, and more. As a Fraud Advocacy Sales Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact, educating potential clients on their rights, available protections, and how AFA can represent them in fraud-related matters.
Your mission: Help clients take their power back.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
Discuss AFA’s fraud prevention and advocacy programs
Guide victims of bank or credit fraud toward our support services
Document all calls and follow up with interested prospects
Work closely with the AFA intake team to onboard new clients
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and phone skills
Confident, persuasive, and empathetic attitude
Self-starter who can work remotely with minimal supervision
Sales or call center experience preferred
Passion for justice and protecting people from financial fraud
