We are a local company looking for the best of the best hardscape sales rep. We are a small growing company willing to hand all new customers and leads to the right outside sales rep. Last year we did over 3 million in sales. This year projections are at 4 million. Currently we are receiving 10-12 new qualified leads per week. Our closing rate is at 90%. All new leads are from our proven marketing strategies. No cold calling, or canvassing. All leads are within a 35 mile radius of our office located in Rock Hill SC.
Based on last years revenue an average sales rep could make between $120-180,000 a year
We will schedule all new leads
We are looking for an experienced sales rep to educate our customers on decks, paver patios, retaining walls, covered porches, screen porches, outdoor kitchens, EZE Breeze windows, and screen Eze.

Responsibilities:
Identify and establish contact with potential customers
Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
Generate and submit sales reports to management weekly
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology
Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
Demonstrations and client meetings
