Position Summary:

We’re searching for a high-performance Logistics Sales Expert to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who knows the freight game inside and out, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, ask the hard questions, and close deals.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and growing revenue through strategic freight solutions in LTL, Truckload, Expedited, and International shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

Hunt and close: Prospect, qualify, and close new business across multiple modes of transportation

Consult and solve: Build trust with clients by understanding their shipping challenges and offering customized logistics solutions

Own the relationship: Manage your accounts with full-cycle customer service — from first quote to final delivery

Collaborate internally: Work closely with our operations and carrier relations teams to ensure smooth execution and repeat business

Track and grow: Maintain a robust pipeline in CRM, forecast sales, and meet or exceed monthly quotas

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of proven success in logistics sales (brokerage, 3PL, or asset-based transportation)

Strong knowledge of LTL and Truckload pricing, routing, and industry practices

You’re a closer with grit, discipline, and a service-first mindset

You understand urgency — and you don’t miss follow-ups

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

High level of self-motivation and accountability

Someone who wishes to build their own high level of success

What You Get:

This is a COMMISSION ONLY 1099 position
