Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a personal book of business within the construction industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Visit construction jobsites to understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Must be aggressive, driven, and eager to maximize earning potential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work early mornings and extended hours
Compensation:
Unlimited and uncapped earning potential $100-200K+ per year. Wide open territories available for development.
