Gu-Wi Gutters and Windows is hiring for the full time role of Account Manager - a sales and customer service position with a base salary $50k + up to $100k commission. Hours: 9am - 5pm Pacific Time Zone.
- 2 months of training in our Charlotte office, then remote work is acceptable
- Your primary role is communicating with customers on the phone, text and email.
- Must have some basic knowledge of home maintenance (gutters, windows, roofs, pressure washing, etc)
- You will earn commissions for building strong long term relationships with customers.

This position is best suited for someone experienced in the home improvement / blue collar industry and who thrives in phone sales with a never ending list of warm leads. THE POSITION:
- As an Account Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with our customers and close sales on services that people want and need to protect their homes and families.
- You will use our suite of software tools and our CRM to oversee the sales cycles and ensure customers are well informed every step of the way.
- This role can be extremely lucrative with with consistency, commitment, and constant care for your customers and support of your team of technicians.
- If you truly shine in your sales role, there is opportunity for supervisor and management positions in 2-4 years.
PRIMARY TASKS:
- Make outbound calls to past customers, current customers, and warm leads
- Schedule appointments
- Track and followup with all quotes to win sales.
- Followup with customers to ensure satisfaction and gain online reviews
- Inform & remind customers of opportunities & deals
- Increasing customer value through helpful service recommendations to customers (upsell)
- Consistently update and manage customer relationships in our CRM
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the home services, remodeling, or construction industry
- 100% comfortable making outbound sales calls, one after another.
- Works extremely well under pressure and in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Wants to maximize effort and be a high performer. Your commission can be greater than your base salary.
