Sales & Design Position Available
Fast paced remodel company in South Charlotte has an immediate opening for their inside sales and design team. Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi task and perform well in a fast paced, high stress environment. This position requires a professional attire and attitude, as well as proficient computer skills, telephone etiquette and must work well with others. Candidates are required to work every Saturday (off every Sunday and 1 day during the week). We will provide training on our products and processes, but prefer candidates with sales and/or design experience. This is a commissioned position, so closing the sale is imperative for success. Compensation includes a small base pay, plus commission. Average annual income for this position is $42,000 but can be greater based on performance. Paid training for up to 180 days @ $12-$15 per hour based on experience. Additional benefits offered include: medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid vacation.
