-Meet with adjusters
-Measure roofs
-Provide quotes
-Complete work orders
-Visit job site for quality control
-Participate in material orders

What you WILL be paid for is:

That’s it! That simple! Not complicated!
We understand that you have, like all of us, financial obligations. Therefore, we pay a draw every week to help ensure your success. You will be required to market in areas that have been affected by storm related damage. We can let you know the areas to help you be more successful. Let's be honest going door to door is not an "easy" job, we understand this. But compensation is very good for your efforts. The average sale is $1,850 (for only one sale) depending on the size of home. So in doing the math if you acquire 3 sales in one week the total commission would be $5,550 for the week. Which is over $200k per year.
Now Having said all that, if you are experienced at climbing roofs and all the other details that are involved in this type of a position - we should talk. Obviously if you are preferring to put in the additional time and work, your compensation is considerably different and more advantageous financially per unit.
