Position: Hair Stylist, Massage Therapist, Esthetician
Location: Diviniti Salon
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Compensation: Commission-based pay with the opportunity to increase your earnings through a performance-based bonus structure (hair stylists). Room rental (massage therapists, estheticians).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive experience for clients.
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license.
Proven experience as a hair stylist.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to ongoing learning.
