Looking for young, energetic, wanting to learn individual to assist construction site manager in Mooresville. Duties will include moving construction equipment, charging construction lifts, re-filling on-site generators with fuel, general site clean-up of construction debris, removing wood frames from concrete panels, loading and un-loading of heavy construction materials, inspecting sub-contractor work and reporting, clean up of constructed structures and basic handyman duties. Any experience helps but not required.
Individual will be supervised and will report directly to the Construction Site Manager. Individual will be expected to be on time and reliable.
Position will start as part time but we will guarantee at least 25 hours per week. For the right individual we may be able to offer more hours based on skills and positive work ethic. Compensation of $12 to $15 an hour.
